Career decision making in the innovation ecosystem

Format: In-person workshop (1 hour) - UoL only

This session will help you navigate career decisions that are aligned to your own values and ethical frameworks, by allowing you to be more aware of how an organisation or business is impacting on its ecosystem.

Elizabeth is a coach and consultant with over 15 years' experience in researcher development. Her main focus is on academic leadership / career coaching and research culture.

She has also worked as an innovation consultant, brokering partnerships between large engineering companies and SMEs or researchers, and as an analytical chemist in the pharma industry.

Elizabeth brings a strong understanding of how support and interventions at individual, team and organisational level can help to embed a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration, where people can grow and develop.
