Monday, 5 June, 2023 - 9:30 AM

Format: In-person workshop (1 hour) - UoL only

Gain practical tips for approaching a new collaboration with business. We’ll share a framework to help ensure you are clear on what you really want to get out of the collaboration, whether that works for the other party, and what you can do to build trust from the outset.

Facilitator: Elizabeth Adams (she/her)

Elizabeth is a coach and consultant with over 15 years' experience in researcher development. Her main focus is on academic leadership/career coaching and research culture.

She has also worked as an innovation consultant, brokering partnerships between large engineering companies and SMEs or researchers, and as an analytical chemist in the pharma industry.

Elizabeth brings a strong understanding of how support and interventions at individual, team and organisational level can help to embed a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration, where people can grow and develop.
