Educational research

The Life Sciences Educational Research Group (LISERG) provides a forum for discussion and dissemination of research into learning and teaching.

We aim to promote and support:

  • Excellence in learning and teaching
  • The design, implementation and evaluation of teaching innovations
  • Research into a wide range of educational areas relating to Life Sciences
  • Student educational research projects
  • External funding applications for educational research projects
  • An awareness of relevant educational literature
  • The dissemination of the outcome of educational studies, both internally and externally
