Personal Statement

Craig rejoined Liverpool Law School as a Senior Lecturer in June 2021. Before this, he was a Lecturer in Law at the University of Liverpool (2015-2018) and at the University of Leeds (2018-2021). He is a graduate of the University of Sheffield (LLB with 1st class honours, 2010) and the University of Manchester (MA with distinction, 2012; PhD, 2016).

Craig's research on medical law and torts has been cited by the UK Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal of Singapore, the High Court of England and Wales, and the England and Wales and Scottish Law Commissions.

He is currently joint editor of Medical Law International (with Amel Alghrani, Paula Case and Marie Fox) and previously sat on the editorial board of the Medical Law Review.
