Research Overview
Dr Aiqing Wang received a PhD in Linguistics and her doctoral project investigated Late Archaic Chinese syntax. Apart from historical syntax, her ongoing research interest also includes pragmatics, translation studies and cultural studies.
As PI, she has been awarded a BA/Leverhulme Small Research Grant for the project ‘Linguistic Creativity and Empathy Decline in Dementia: Early Detection and Intervention'.
