Faculty PGR Well-being Ambassadors

PGRs can contact any of the Ambassadors in confidence for advice, guidance or simply a chat and a listening ear. The ambassadors are not counsellors, but they will have training in giving advice and guidance to fellow PGRS, and can signpost you to relevant support teams as needed.

The ambassadors will be hosting virtual and in-person wellbeing events throughout the year. Suggestions welcome, so please get in touch if you have any ideas for well-being events!
