Thank you to everyone who visited the SAVSNET stand on the BSAVA balcony at BSAVA Congress this year! We were so pleased to see so many people come to find out more about the SAVSNET project, but we were especially pleased to see those who have signed up to the project and who came to say hello! It was great to meet you and get your feedback and find that you are all happy to use the SAVSNET 'questionnaire'- the unanimous feedback was that it is easy to use and causes no impact to your working day- and that fits with the feedback we got after telephoning surgeries that went live recently. At least one veterinary surgeon mentioned that clients are also pleased to see their veterinary clinic is involved in the scheme and that they see it as a really positive part of their marketing strategy. It was great to share some of the outputs and our initial thoughts on the practice portal. It is thanks to you that SAVSNET is now producing some fascinating insights into practice reality, and hopefully some of you also managed to catch our presentations: Fernando Sanchez Vizcaino presented two clinical abstracts on friday afternoon, and Alan Radford also gave a talk on friday morning. We are now collecting data from over 1000 consultations per day, and that will increase over the next few weeks as the rollout to Robovet users continues!
