Research and Society: Engagement, Impact & Partnership
This year's conference will open with a keynote presentation from Professor Lu-Yun Lian, Chair of the Concordat Implementation Group (CIG). Professor Lian will highlight the role of CIG in the research staff development agenda, present work that has already taken place and future plans.
In addition, Professor Dinah Birch, Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Research and Knowledge Exchange will discuss with participants the role of research staff in the University's research environment and the REF2014.
