This week graduates from the University of Liverpool’s class of 2023 were awarded their degrees at a Winter Graduation Ceremony, held at Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

This included students from the following programmes:

  • Psychology (undergraduate, postgraduate and online)
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Master of Public Health
  • MSc Health Data Science
  • PhD awards

School of Health Sciences:

  • BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography
  • BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy
  • BSc (Hons) Orthoptics
  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
  • BSc (Hons) Therapeutic Radiography and Oncology
  • MSc Nursing
  • MSc Radiotherapy
  • PGCert in Critical Care
  • PGDip in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • BSc Health Sciences

Two members of staff from the Department of Psychology, Dr Jasmine Warren and Dr Caroline Hands, were also awarded their PhDs, as well as Dr Martin Guest, Research and Teaching Technician from the Institute’s Professional Services Team.

The ceremonies were followed by two celebration events, including a reception for students from the School of Health Sciences at the Thompson Yates Building.

The reception included a welcome from the new Dean of the School, Dr Rebecca Rylance-Graham.

Students from Psychology, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Public Health and Health Data Science also celebrated with family and friends at a reception at Mountford Hall, where they also received prizes in recognition of their hard work and achievements throughout the year.

The prizes were presented by Professor Louise Almond (Psychology), Professor Marta Garcia-Finana (Health Data Science) and Dr Stephen Clayton (Master of Public Health).

The Institute would like to congratulate the class of 2023. We wish them all the best as they embark on their future careers.
