We'll focus on refining your Nordic walking skills whilst gently enhancing your endurance. We make sure you work at a level to help you reach your specific fitness and technique goals.
Please bring with you a comfortable pair of running shoes with a good thread or lightweight walking shoes. If the weather looks wet please bring waterproofs. Wrap up and wear gloves, hat and a couple of thin layers when it’s cold to start that you can easily remove as you warm up walking.
Nordic walking poles are provided.
This is an on going course delivered in 4 week blocks, you are welcome to keep attending our beginners classes until you feel ready to move on to our .

Four weekly sessions, 12.30am-2pm.
- Tuesday 12 March - Tuesday 9 April (no session Tuesday 2 April).
- Tuesday 16 April – 7 May
- Tuesday 14 May – 4 June
- Tuesday 11 June – 2 July
Course fees
Each 4 week block costs £45 (£36 for members of Ness Gardens).
Suitable for
Anyone aged 16 or above who has completed our or has some experience of nordic walking.
