I am a lecturer in the Management School. Prior to this I was a lecturer at the Liverpool Institute of Public Administration and Management. I received my BSc in Psychology from the University of Toronto and my postgraduate degrees from the University of Liverpool. I teach both undergraduate and postgraduate modules. My teaching interests include gender and diversity issues in organisations as well as consumer behaviour. I have been awarded University of Liverpool Management School Teaching Excellence Awards for 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18. My research is in the areas of organisational behaviour and consumer behaviour. I am the Director of Placements for students on the Year in Industry programmes. I am also Bullying and Harassment Advisor for the University. In 2012 I received the Enhancing University Life award.
