Summary
Throughout the past four years Matt has had various industrial collaborations. During his time in Australia he presented to the Australia Bankers Association in Sydney which consisted of the anti-money laundering compliance staff of Australia’s leading banks. Matt also made contacts with representatives of ANZ bank, Commonwealth bank, and Westpac bank amongst others. His presentation at the PIS conference, which was arranged by the Senior Manager for Group Insurance at ANZ Bank, exposed his work to various practitioners in banking and insurance, as well as solicitors. He has also presented at AIG’s offices in London on Bitcoin, highlighting a commitment to disseminating research beyond academia and establishing contacts in industry.
