RoVI study

I currently work on the RoVI study, which aims to understand the impact of maternally derived antibodies and infant microbiota on the immunogenicity of rotavirus vaccines in African, Indian and European infants.

Enigma project

I previously worked on the Enigma project, developing an MLST-based amplicon sequencing approach to study Campylobacter jejuni in the farm environment.
