Online tests and assessments are regular features in recruitment processes. They can help employers to assess your performance and gain valuable insight into your skills, knowledge and personality.

To help you prepare for online tests and assessments we have the online tool Graduates First, which offers unlimited access to dozens of psychometric tests and game-based assessments. With assessments designed by top employers, you can sample online tests for the employers you are most interested in. You can also access your own performance dashboard and receive expert feedback.
