* In 2017, university-owned weekly accommodation fees for a 39 week contract range between £128.70 (self-catered in Melville Grove) and £197.40 (self-catered “premier” rooms in Vine Court, Crown Place, Philharmonic Court or Greenbank Student Village) or £212.94 (premier plus catered room in Vine Court). A catered room in Carnatic Hall is £144.90 per week. A room in shared house in private accommodation in Liverpool ranges from around £70 per week upwards.
