The Wellbeing Team is staffed by Wellbeing Practitioners who are on hand to help you look after your wellbeing during your studies and make the most of your time at University

The Wellbeing Team is here to provide information, advice and guidance to students on a range of personal and social issues, with a focus on improving the overall mental wellbeing of students at The University of Liverpool. Our Student Wellbeing Practitioners provide confidential, non-judgemental support on campus, and remotely. You can complete our online triage form to access further support. Once completed, we will contact you directly. We offer several forms of support such as Mental Health Clinics, wellbeing activities and workshops and tailored support.

In September you can find us in the Alsop Building Monday to Friday where you can drop-in from 10:00am to 4:00pm if you need some support and want to speak with a Wellbeing Practitioner in confidence. Come and join us at the teepee in Abercromby Square in the afternoon from 12:00 to 5:00pm, we have a programme of relaxing activities where you can meet others, take a break from the busy schedule, and speak with our team in confidence for some support if you need it.

You can feel confident to get in touch with the Wellbeing Team for advice on anything that is worrying you at any time during your studies.
