Wellbeing advice and guidance

The Wellbeing Team provides confidential, non-judgemental one-to-one support, information, advice and guidance to students and staff. We can talk to you about a range of personal and social issues, helping you to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Please get in touch for advice on anything that is worrying you at any time during your studies.

Book in for a face-to-face session here on campus or, if you prefer, you can talk to us via a video or telephone call from wherever you feel most comfortable. We offer appointments Monday to Friday, with daily Drop-In sessions available every morning between 10.30am and 1pm.

Login with your University username and password and select the most convenient time and date for your session.

If you require a further appointment to work through a particular issue, or require an additional referral to another service, this can be arranged at your Drop-In session.

We also run courses and workshops to provide you with ideas about different ways to manage and improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
