Book in for a face-to-face session here on campus or, if you prefer, you can talk to us via a video or telephone call from wherever you feel most comfortable. We offer appointments Monday to Friday, with daily Drop-In sessions available every morning between 10.30am and 1pm.
Login with your University username and password and select the most convenient time and date for your session.
If you require a further appointment to work through a particular issue, or require an additional referral to another service, this can be arranged at your Drop-In session.
We also run courses and workshops to provide you with ideas about different ways to manage and improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
