We ask you to complete our quick form if you wish to access support through our Wellbeing Team. Each form will be reviewed by a Wellbeing Practitioner and you will be contacted with information on the support we feel is most appropriate for you.
The Triage Form is open from Monday at 9am until Friday at 4pm throughout the year (except for Bank Holidays and University Closure Days). The Triage Form is closed for responses at the weekend. If you require immediate assistance, you will find details of out-of-hours and emergency services below:

- If you want to speak with someone about how you are feeling, please call our partners at Health Assured on 0800 028 3766. Their Counsellors are available to support you 24/7 and the service is free and confidential.
- For anyone experiencing significant mental health difficulties in the Liverpool area and requiring immediate help please call the Merseycare Freephone number 0800 145 6570
- If you are on campus and require immediate assistance you can call Campus Support on: 0151 794 3252 (43252 from internal phone). In an emergency call 0151 794 2222.
- If you are ill, you can contact your GP, or visit a Walk In Centre or pharmacy. Information and advice about NHS services is available at https://www.nhs.uk/. If you need help now, but it’s not an emergency, visit https://111.nhs.uk/ or call 111.
- SAFE Place Merseyside is the Sexual Assault Referral Centre for the Merseyside area. Offering a service for both males and females who have been sexually assaulted both recently and at any time in the past. For services in other areas of the UK, you can search by location here.
