The Wellbeing Team presents a guide to coping with Exam Stress and improving your Revision Skills

Everybody experiences some stress ahead of assessments and a little stress can motivate us to do well. However, we need to learn what causes our stress and how we can manage that stress to make sure that we don't suffer burnout.

Come and learn how you can look after yourself and make the most of the assessment period.

Session One

Our next session, Revising How You Feel: Coping with Exam Stress, takes place this Thursday, April 23, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. You can join us in person at the Alsop LG Seminar Room by booking your space here, or if you can’t make it to campus, you can join the session remotely via Microsoft Teams.

Session Two - Online Only

Our second session is being held virtually on Tuesday, April 28, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. This session is hosted exclusively through Microsoft Teams; you can register and join the session here to access the live workshop from wherever you are.

Session Three

Our final session takes place on Friday, May 1, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. We will be back in the Alsop LG Seminar Room, and you can book your in-person ticket via Eventbrite. If you prefer to attend virtually, you can register and join the session via Microsoft Teams.

All sessions are taking place online and you will receive a Teams link in the confirmation email.
