Support around Alcohol Use

If you’re concerned about your alcohol consumption or someone you know, you can speak to Liverpool Community Alcohol Service (LCAS) to get specific advice and support on campus.

LCAS provides a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your concerns.

LCAS is dedicated to helping you to address problematic drinking through brief alcohol interventions. These interventions include both group and individualised support, creating a positive environment for you to make a change to your alcohol consumption habits.

Whether navigating the challenges of university life or just looking for a supportive community, these sessions are a great way to connect with other students who may share similar experiences. LCAS understands the many reasons you might seek support for your alcohol use and all sessions are completely confidential and no personal information is recorded.

We’re encouraging all students who may benefit from these sessions to attend as part of our aim to create a supportive and caring community for all. Let’s take a step towards a healthier, happier university experience together.

There’s no need for pre-registration – just turn up.
