Liverpool Life
Liverpool Life is the University's system for holding your information including your personal details and academic programme. as well as gaining your administraive letters. (Bank letter, Council tax letter, Enrolment letter)
You will be given access to Liverpool Life once you have .
If you have not used Liverpool Life before then you will need to create your own unique PIN. This is done by clicking on the link in the notification email we sent to you. You will then be redirected to a web page where you will be asked to create your PIN.
You will need your student ID number to do this. This is displayed at the top of the email.
Forgotten PIN
If you have forgotten your PIN, click on the Forgot PIN? link and enter your student ID on the next screen.
You will receive an email to your University email address (or, if you don’t yet have one, to the most recent email address you have provided to the University) with a unique link to enable you to reset your PIN.
