    About

    Personal Statement

I graduated in Diagnostic Radiography from Sheffield Hallam University in 2003. Post qualification I worked in a busy NHS trust where I gained vast experience in the general imaging department. I completed various roles within the NHS including managing and leadership in various areas. I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in musculoskeletal image interpretation in 2008 and was the first reporting radiographer within the trust. I continued to develop skills around advanced practice and education carrying out a clinical tutor role for 8 years. Alongside this role I studied a postgraduate certificate in medical education before commencing as a part-time lecturer at the University of Liverpool.
I currently work as a HCPC registered radiographer coordinating a busy Accident & Emergency Radiology Department and reporting images to contribute to the patient pathway.
