PRF Social Group "Bake Off"
With the Pain Relief Foundations social group led by fundraiser Joanne Stephens going from strength to strength they have decided to add a little "bake off" inspired theme to the group meeting on 26th September 2019
The social group is a great way for people who are experiencing a life of chronic pain to meet those in a similiar position in a relaxed social environment.
The group has had different themes each month from consultant led discussions to mindfulness sessions.... theres also been a raffle and a mini quiz too.
So.... for September the decision was to invite the group to bake and bring their own cakes etc in a mini bake off
