Personal Statement
Dr. Seon Tae Kim is a Lecturer in Economics. He received his Ph.D in Economics (in the field of Macroeconomics) from the Arizona State University (Tempe, AZ, USA) in 2011. Before joining the University of Liverpool Management School, he served as an Assistant Professor in Finance at the ITAM Business School (Mexico City, Mexico).
His research focuses on: payment structure and price of sovereign debts; implications of intangibles for risk and value of companies; and risk and cost of financing oil and gas development projects.
His paper has been published in the Review of Economic Dynamics.
