Research

Research Overview

My present research is focused on vaccine development for flaviviruses. I am interested in using both in silico and in vitro methods to identify the appropriate antigenic cargo to use within a vaccine and then testing the immunogenicity of these vaccine candidates using the appropriate challenge model. My work also focuses on understanding T cell cross-reactivity between flaviviruses and its implications to vaccine responses (collaboration with Dr Lance Turtle).
