The current legislation requires us to provide customers with accurate ingredient information regarding the 14 major food allergens contained in non-prepacked foods that we serve, these are listed below:

- Cereals containing gluten
- Crustaceans
- Eggs
- Fish
- Lupin
- Milk
- Molluscs
- Mustard
- Nuts
- Peanuts
- Sesame seeds
- Soya
- Sulphur dioxide

We promote self-responsibility from all of our customers but actively encourage customers with specific dietary requirements to discuss them with our staff.
