Martin Ould, delivering his 2-day workshop of Creativity in Design

On 25th and 26th April 2018, Martin Ould of the University of Bristol delivered a phenomenal 2-day workshop of Creativity in Design at the University of Liverpool. As part of the workshop he introduced the concept of VIEW: An Assessment of Problem Solving Style™.

Reflecting on the workshop, participants were not shy to share their delight about the experience: “I just want to say I really enjoyed your workshop last week and it has definitely already opened my eyes to how people work within a group.”; and “Thank you so much for hosting this event, I definitely feel like it will benefit my professional practice for years to come and Martin is a really great guy :-)” are just two of the many messages received.

At the end of day the second day, Industrial Design Society President James Clarke awarded Martin a Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the Division of Industrial Design.

He went on to thank Martin Ould for delivering this excellent workshop aimed at further enhancing the employability of Industrial Design @ Liverpool graduates.

Upon successful completion of the workshop participants received an official certificate logging the first 6 hours’ worth of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in their young careers. Two representative example are depicted below:
