We aim to support our clinical academics and trainees to deliver high-class clinical research as efficiently as possible to the highest standards, and make our expertise readily available to external partners.
The Faculty of Health and Life Sciences has a long-standing clinical interface with local NHS Trusts, the NIHR, Health Education England, Royal Colleges and Liverpool Health Partners (LHP). The Clinical Directorate aims to enhance these connections, providing a ‘one stop shop’ for all matters important to both our clinical academics and our external partners. Our aim is to facilitate first-class ‘bench to bedside’ research collaborations and support clinical academic training.
