An Evening of Mast Cell Tumours

Wednesday 28th January 2015

First Floor, Leahurst House, Leahurst Campus

Buffet & Registration 7:00pm - 7:30pm

This CPD evening will focus on the assessment and treatment of canine mast cell tumours. These tumours are very commonly presented in first opinion practice and can present a clinical dilemma.

The use of new grading systems, the availability of diagnostic panels and newer drugs such as the tyrosine kinase inhibitors can make for bewildering management decisions. The session will consist of four twenty minute presentations highlighting the key aspects of mast cell tumour staging, prognostic panels and treatment using case examples to help illustrate decision making.

The Oncology team, including our 4 European specialists will be available to discuss particular aspects of mast cell tumour management before and after the talks.
