LIV-SRF Voucher Scheme

The LIV-SRF Voucher Scheme helps researchers access our Shared Research Facilities

The LIV-SRF Voucher Scheme is designed to fund small pump-priming projects that have the potential to develop new areas of research by offsetting the costs of accessing our Shared Research Facilities (SRFs)

Who can apply? 

Applications are invited from all academic staff, research staff and PGR students within the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences and Faculty of Science and Engineering, University of Liverpool.

How much can I apply for? 

Vouchers are available for a minimum value of £500 to a maximum of £15,000 inlcuding match funding. 

How long do I have to complete the voucher? 

All work undertaken as part of a voucher award should be completed within 12 months of the date of the award notification.

When is the deadline for applications?

The 6th round of the voucher scheme is now open. Consultation and sign off by the relevant SRF representative must be completed by 3 May 2024. Please note that applications will not be considered by SRF leads/managers after this point. The final Head of Department sign off deadline is 17 May 2024.

How do I apply?

To apply for the scheme, please complete the LIV-SRF Voucher Scheme application form and submit it by the deadline outlined above. To access the form, you will need to sign in using your MWS login details.
