Outreach

By putting public engagement at the heart of our research, we have inspired and educated broad audiences and raised public awareness of accelerator applications and R&D through innovative workshops and outreach events.

Accelerator research is of great value to science, society and industry, but this technology does not traditionally feature in mainstream media, nor is it part of school and university curricula. Our QUASAR Group members, as well as more than 100 Fellows and students in our international projects, engage with audiences around the world to fascinate them about accelerator science and technology.

To get involved, or to know how we can bring our outreach to you, please email Professor Carsten Welsch.
