Peptide mapping tool
A simple standalone Windows/Mac program that aids in the preparation of maps of proteolytic digests of proteins. This is a presentation tool, and generates SVG files. SVG files (Scalable Vector Graphics) are viewable, but not editable, with the free SVG plug-in for your browser.
Buffer design
A web-based tool that aids in the design and recipe preparation for thermodynamically correct buffers for pH control. It has been used to prepare over 650,000 litres of buffers thus far!
