OneDrive for Business is part of Microsoft 365 and is available by logging in at office.com.
OneDrive provides 1TB of space for your own, individual work files. You can choose to share files on OneDrive but remember, it is your responsibility to manage who has access to any files or folders that you share, and to keep those permissions up to date. For more formal collaboration, Teams or SharePoint are the recommended apps.

With OneDrive, you can:
- Access your files across multiple difference devices.
- Share files with university staff as well as external contacts.
- Recover deleted files from your OneDrive Recycle Bin within 90 days.
- Sync your files if you need to work offline.
