Becoming a Trustee Director is one of the most important contributions you can make to the management of the Fund. It is a rewarding experience – one that we will support you through from the start. You are not expected to be an expert, the most important qualities to have a good judgement and to be able to act impartially and in good faith for the membership.
This role is voluntary and unpaid. It is open to active members. An active member is anyone who is currently paying contributions into ULPF.
The Trustee Board is currently made up of five Trustee Directors selected by the University and two selected from the membership with a vacancy for one more Trustee to be selected from the membership.
