The speakers clearly had a strong belief in what they did and I am now trying to apply the same level of enthusiasm and effort in my own day-to-day working practices. since you started your current role? called Managing Safety for Wind Power, which is the first of its kind in the sector and has now received accreditation by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. I have also been involved in some competency and retirement profile analysis for a coal- fired power station, and have worked on training needs identification and analysis at EDF, one of the largest energy suppliers in the country.
