We offer students the opportunity to apply for our Employability Fund, which provides a non-repayable bursary to help cover the costs of activities that enhance employability. This could include professional development courses, travel to interviews, networking events, and other career-focused opportunities. The Employability Fund is generously supported by Santander Universities and opens for applications in Semester Two.
The Employability Fund can be used for:
- Travel and accommodation for work experience, interviews, assessment centres, or events
- Course or workshop fees for professional development
- Conference registration costs
- Materials needed for career-related activities
- Mock interviews or career coaching sessions
- Other costs directly related to enhancing employability
The fund does not cover:
- Costs associated with compulsory elements of your studies, such as a year in industry, a mandatory work placement, or essential digital equipment required for your degree.
