Involving a range of speakers from Africa the UK and the USA, this symposium explores the wide landscape of healing and healthcare spaces in Africa. It considers the pre-Western modes of healthcare to contemporary private and public private models of healthcare delivery. You are invited to attend a day of presentation discussion and debate considering the historical, contemporary and future strategic role of healthcare provision as a key UN sustainable development goal and a central part of community infrastructure in Africa today.
