Change Grow Live provides a safe, non-judgmental space for students to explore their concerns, ask questions, and access guidance around substance use and its impact on health, wellbeing, and daily life.
Their team offers brief interventions, harm reduction advice, and one-to-one or group support to help you make positive changes at your own pace. Whether you’re looking to cut down, stop completely, or just learn more about how substances affect you, these drop-ins are a good place to start.
CGL understands that everyone’s situation is different, and sessions are fully confidential; no personal information is recorded.
You can find Change Grow Live at their stand on Guild Walk (near Union Brew) every other Thursday from 1–3pm, starting Thursday 16 October. Dates for semester one are:
- Thursday 16 October
- Thursday 30 October
- Thursday 13 November
- Thursday 27 November
- Thursday 22 December
There’s no need to book — just drop in and chat with a member of the team.
