Support from IAG during COVID-19

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, the Alsop Building is now closed. However, International Advice and Guidance, like the rest of Student Welfare Advice & Guidance, are providing an online service between 9 am and 5 pm each day Monday to Friday. 

Book a (Virtual) Appointment

The Student Services Online Appointment booking system is now available. 

If you are unable to find an answer to your query on our web pages you can either email us your enquiry or access our Online Booking System to book a confidential one-to-one drop-in slot.

If you have a question, please have a look over our detailed website as well as the University COVID-19 FAQ’s pages here. If you cannot find the information you are looking for on our website and you still have further questions, we are offering an online service, therefore, please email iagteam@liverpool.ac.uk with your query. If your enquiry is urgent or you would prefer to speak with a member of the team please either email us to request a callback or call 0151 795 1000 and ask to speak with one of the team between 9 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday.

Other Support Services during COVID-19

The rest of Student Welfare Advice & Guidance will be providing enhanced support via phone between 9 am and 3.30 pm and email between 9 am and 5 pm each day Monday to Friday.

Counselling Service and Mental Health Advisory Service will be providing enhanced support via phone and email between 9 am and 5 pm each day Monday to Friday.

COVID-19 Student Crisis Support Fund

A temporary hardship fund is available to support students facing financial challenges as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
