The full criteria for the Ukraine Schemes Home fees category can be found on UKCISA's website here.
If you believe you fulfil one of these categories you should be asked to complete a Fee Status Questionnaire by the relevant Admissions Team.
The documents that will be required to support your questionnaire are:
- a copy of your Home Office letter or Residence Permit granting you leave to remain in the UK under one of the Ukrainian Schemes.
- Evidence that you have resided in the UK / Islands since you received your leave to remain, such as a letter from your sponsor (if applicable) or a tenancy document.
- Evidence of your arrival date in the UK, such as your flight ticket or UK immigration stamp in your passport.
If you Ukraine scheme visa is due to expire
If you were granted leave under one of the Ukraine scheme visas and met all the eligibility criteria for Home fees on the first day of the first academic year of your course, you will retain this status for the duration of your progamme, providing you continue to hold legal residence in the UK.
This may mean switching to an alternative visa type and we recommend you speak with a qualified immigration adviser for guidance on visas to maintain legal residence.
