Walk for Health

Join us outside the Sports and Fitness centre as we take you on a 30 minute walk around campus. Walking is a relaxing form of exercise that can improve your mental health, your cardiovascular fitness and it's always handy to get your daily steps in too! Our wellbeing walks are also a great way to meet new people and both staff and students are welcome!
