Growth Catalyst cohort graduates from programme
Having completed seven months of training, the latest Growth Catalyst cohort graduated from the programme on Thursday 12th December.
A graduation event was held at The Women’s Organisation to mark the occasion and to celebrate the cohort’s achievements.
Growth Catalyst is a leadership, development and business growth programme for businesses operating in the Liverpool City Region. Its aim is to help participants improve their confidence as owner-managers, enabling them to make impactful changes and grow their businesses.
As part of the training, participants are required to attend a two-day leadership residential at Thornton Hall Hotel and Spa, along with a series of masterclasses, coaching sessions, Business Exchange days and workshops.
Over 250 Businesses have benefited from the programme since 2009. Three more programmes are planned over the next 2 years.
