During the session, students will collaborate in small groups to design a creative campaign or solution aimed at influencing behaviour change, working to a hypothetical budget of £200,000. Teams will then pitch their ideas to a panel of SUEZ professionals, gaining first-hand experience of presenting ideas in a professional, real-world context.
Alongside the challenge, students will gain valuable insight into the waste and sustainability sector, including its future direction and the opportunities emerging. There will also be dedicated time to ask questions about careers across the sector and to network with the SUEZ team, including Dr Adam Read MBE, Chief Sustainability Officer for SUEZ in the UK.
No prior experience in sustainability, waste management, business or enterprise is required — just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to get involved. The event is open to all students at all levels and from all disciplines.
