Join us for a special Liverpool Leaders event with Mike and Mia Flewitt, in discussion with Dr David Cockayne, Associate Dean of the University of Liverpool's Management School.
Mike, who studied Economics at University of Liverpool before working on the production line at Halewood Ford, went on to become CEO of McLaren Automotive where he led the company to global success in luxury and performance vehicles.
Mia started her career as a manufacturing engineer in the automotive industry and went on to study and run a successful interior design business, before beginning her career in motor racing, founding Flewitt Racing Ltd and holding Championship titles.
Mike and Mia’s passion for motorsport and business has led to success both on and off the track. Together they will reflect on their professional journeys, share lessons learned, and how their experiences helped shape the leaders they have become.
They will share insights into:
