Mia started her career as a manufacturing engineer in the automotive industry and went on to study and run a successful interior design business, before beginning her career in motor racing, founding Flewitt Racing Ltd and holding Championship titles. Mike and Mia’s passion for motorsport and business has led to success both on and off the track. Together they will reflect on their professional journeys, share lessons learned, and how their experiences helped shape the leaders they have become.
