Click on "Create a calendar file" and your browser will download a .ics file for this event.
Microsoft Outlook: Download the file, double-click it to open it in Outlook, then click on "Save & Close" to save it to your calendar. If that doesn't work go into Outlook, click on the File tab, then on Open & Export, then Open Calendar. Select your .ics file then click on "Save & Close".
Google Calendar: download the file, then go into your calendar. On the left where it says "Other calendars" click on the arrow icon and then click on Import calendar. Click on Browse and select the .ics file, then click on Import.
Apple Calendar: The file may open automatically with an option to save it to your calendar. If not, download the file, then you can either drag it to Calendar or import the file by going to File >Import > Import and choosing the .ics file.
This graduation celebration event is open to any University of Liverpool graduate who has not attended an in-person graduation event. This includes all graduation years up to and including 2022. Please note, Class of 2023 are not able to register for these ceremonies.
There are two ceremonies taking place on Friday 14 July 2023. Please only book the ceremony you with to attend.

Venue: The ceremony will take place in The Tung Auditorium within the Yoko Ono Lennon Centre and will be followed by a reception on campus for all guests.
Tickets: Graduates will be able to invite two guests to the ceremony. Please make sure to include a ticket for yourself in the booking (maximum three). If extra guest tickets become available, we will notify you after bookings close on 7 May 2023.
Gowning & photography: Please order your gown, hood and mortar board from the University of Liverpool's official robe-makers, Ede & Ravenscroft, by 14 June 2023. Official photography will also be available on the day. You can choose to pre-pay online when you order your gown or pay on the day.
