Online service registration and forms

Agresso

Access to the University's finance system, Agresso, requires completion of a registration form and attendance at Agresso training. The dates of training courses are available in the IT Workshop Programme. Complete and submit the relevant form from the list below.

Business Objects

Complete a registration form if you are a member of staff and require access to Business Objects for reporting on data held within central University systems.

Online Store

Complete a training registration form if you are a member of staff who want to regularly use the University's Online Store to take bookings and/or payments for short courses.

Conference Usernames

Request temporary usernames for conference delegates to provide them with access to the Managed Windows Service.

Departmental accounts

To request a department account, or a change to an existing departmental account, please submit a request via the self-service portal.

High Performance Computing (HPC)

Request access to the University's HPC facilities using the form below.

Information Access Requests (IAR)

Requests for information from IT assets (including equipment and data) must be made using an online form with clear justification and an explanation of intended use. The basis on which Information Access Requests can be made is contained within the Security Investigation Policy.

Managed Windows Service

Complete a registration form if you are a visitor (i.e. not a member of University staff or a student) and require access to the Managed Windows Service for longer than 90 days.

Short course usernames

Request temporary usernames with Managed Windows Access, for visitors to the University, typically for less than 90 days. If visitors only require access to the University's free Wi-Fi service, for 7 days or less, use the GuestNet service instead.

SPIDER

Request access to the University's student record system, SPIDER.

Telephone and network data services

Request landline telephone services or network data services - including changes to network sockets - using the online form below. Requests relating to mobile phones should be directed through the self-service portal at servicedesk.liverpool.ac.uk.

Tivoli back up service

Request access to the Tivoli back up service for PC (or Mac), based on IBM's Tivoli Storage Management product, using the form below. Please note that the service is limited and available only to eligible users.
