The gala will be held in the Tung Auditorium, Yoko Ono-Lennon Centre from 13:30 - 16:00, and will include Kung-Fu demonstrations as well as drama, music, dance, and song performances by professional troupes and local students.
The Confucius Institute Chinese New Year Gala is a prestigious annual event which has been running since 2016. Due to COVID-19 lockdowns, this year's gala will be the first since 2020. So, we are excited to be joined by the Liverpool community in celebrating Chinese culture and welcoming the Year of the Rabbit.
The audience will enter the auditorium at 13:30 and the performance will start at 13:45.
