We partner with EmployAbility to offer additional support for students with disabilities.

EmployAbility is a leading force for a truly disability-inclusive workplace. Unapologetic in their drive for a level playing field, they support, advise and advocate for talented neurodivergent and disabled university students to build the careers they deserve.

Since 2006, this not-for-profit organisation has supported more than 15,000 neurodivergent and disabled students to access career opportunities through personalised guidance and employer advocacy.

Through our partnership with EmployAbility, you can access:

  • Virtual empowerment sessions
  • One-to-one career support tailored to your needs
  • Adjustments advocacy, helping you request reasonable adjustments and ensuring employer compliance
  • Free webinars and resources on career-related topics

You do not need to have an interview or job lined up to access this support. Whether you are exploring career options, preparing applications, or learning how to discuss adjustments during recruitment, EmployAbility can help.

Neurodivergence: Navigating the Recruitment Process

This session explores the barriers neurodivergent students may face during recruitment and shares practical strategies to help you overcome them.

  • Addressing fear of discrimination

  • Examples of adjustments that can help you demonstrate your skills
