New Financial Strategies for Sustainable Buildings provides practical guidance on creating a sustainable building and most importantly how it could be financed. An overview of methods, followed by a review of the incentives, barriers and risk is presented alongside a series of guiding principles that should be considered through each stage in the life cycle of a building. Sustainable buildings can and are being built in a cost neutral manner and this book demonstrates how.
