PhD success for Masoud Sajjadian
Congratulations to Masoud Sajjadian on being awarded a PhD for his thesis entitled ‘Future Proofing UK Sustainable Homes under conditions of Climatic Uncertainty’. Masoud’s study evaluated the overheating risk in dwellings, built with a range of constructional design options, for climate change predictions up to 2080 in London and Manchester. The findings of this study show that UK sustainable homes, in their present form, are susceptible to a future overheating risk. Masoud’s PhD study was supervised by John Lewis and Steve Sharples.
